Beautiful Antique Hand Embroidered French Linen Sheet

There is so much beautiful work on this very large antique sheet; for the return, embroidered flowers, leaves and buds run across almost all of the width, interspersed with large dots. All very skilfully hand worked, probably by a young lady preparing her trousseau in the 1880’s. In excellent condition, no tears, thinning or marks.

Measurements are: 213 x 315 cm (84 x 124 inches)
