Up for offer in this sale is a CollectableVintage Cayuga Double Bit Axe Head. This axe head was sold by Barker, Rose, & Kimball, Inc. of Elmira, N.Y. Using the hardware name changes dates this axe to have been produced/sold between 1928 and 1952. This swamping pattern axe head has some stains, and a very nice stamp of the Cayuga Barker, Rose, Kimball logo, as well as \"4\" for the original weight of the axe head. From bit to bit, the axe head measures 10 1/8\" and the bits are 5\" wide.
