A nice little piece of art. She\'s about 4\" high and her hat extends for about 5 1/2\".The blue half of her hat is iridescent.The porcelain bottom is round and hollow. I think it\'s meant to top a fancy decorated stick that\'s about 1/2\" in diameter.Maybe one was attached at some time. You could easily shove about 3\" of a stick in there and glue it to secure it while carrying it thru the streets of New Orleans - or anywhere else with a Mardi Gras celebration -Your chance to get creative. Otherwise,it does stand on its neck without falling over soit\'s a pretty display piece.
