This beautiful antique Victorian Ladies hand Fan is one you would find in a museum. It is French and all hand painted it also has intricate hand sewn gold accents thru out. The frame is 23 inches long and 17 inches tall. The fan measures 20 1/2 inches long and 11 inches tall. It is on a antique material not paper, and of the highest quality you will ever find. It is in very goodcondition, and is just lightly tacked/sewn as not to damage the fan to the frame backing. The fan can easily be removed if you prefer, and will ship it without the glass as not to have any problems in shipping.
