Beautiful QING WUCAI Chinese Export C18th / C19th Famille Verte TRANSITIONAL por:

This is a stunning C18th / C19th Wucai, underglaze blue and overglaze red green and yellow enamelled Chinese export porcelain vase standing just under 7" tall. The base has been cut, and smoothed, and the body and glaze is full of specks, the glaze when caught in the light has a halo around the edge of the enamels, and the glaze has pitted with years of handling (but only seen with a glass at the right angle) hand painted and hand spun just like it should be. You can see where there is finger prints where it has been held, and finger prints in the glaze. A beautiful piece, it hasn`t been buried like some do to make it look old, this vase has had an easy life on display but with correct handling and usage signs. Not trying to be something its not, it is in great condition without damage or repair. ANY INSPECTION WELCOME.
