Gorgeous rectangular case with smoothly curved edges. Simple diagonal groove design with an engraved BAG monogram. Closes tightly with a defined \"click.\" Approximately 163 total weight. My research indicates the combined standard and town mark in an oval, as this case has, was used between 1882 and 1899 and indicates Saint Petersburg. Perhaps it is difficult to see but the 84 is followed by an asterisk-looking mark in an oval. The other side of the case has poorly stamped marks that look like another combined mark and an unreadable one.I ship only in the U.S. Buyer to pay actual Priority shipping. PayPal only, please.
