She is 21\" tall and all stiffer rubber type vinyl. That is the only way I know to describe it She has gorgeous Blonde hair and a beautiful face with high color and beautiful eyes and I love her lips. She has on gorgeous rhinestone pierced earrings. She is a bend knee and turning waist? She is in a very beautiful outfit with her elaborate pink very full dress w/white dots and very ruffled at the top with undershirt so it stays flared out and full/white lace trimmed panties. She has on her white pump shoes w/pink straps. She does not have stockings. I can\'t find a marking on her, but she was sold to me at a doll show for a Madam Alexander Cissy Doll and no tag on the outfit either but it fits perfect and looks original on her. You probably can let me know. All I can say is she is the most gorgeous doll I have ever owned. She is gorgeous and would be an asset to any Madame Alexander collection and this doll is a beautiful example of this series. You can\'t gowrong for this price. Don\'t lether get away.
