This beautiful vintage 1970\'s 9ct yellow gold ring has a finely crafted and classic solitaire design; complimentary white gold set with a remarkably clear bright white sparkling 4.5 mm round cut brilliant natural mined Diamond.This captivating Diamond is securely six claws set above an openwork gallery in a light catching \"open back\" setting; between two pretty pierced \"knife edge\" design shoulders.The interior of the yellow gold shank is inscribed with a set of British hallmarks; including the numerical 9ct gold mark: \"375\".The Diamond has tested positive; when exposed to a professional electronic thermal Diamond tested.The condition is very good; the only sign of age is the original set of hallmarks have worn over time; but are just visible with a loupe.There are no signs of damage to the secure set Diamond or to its white gold setting and the gold shank has not significantly thinned,Unfortunately; I do not own an official certification for this lovely Diamond.This beautiful ring will accept a simple resizing; by any good jeweller.
