I suspect it is but can not be 100% sure as there are no tags on bottom...however, no one else but them do as great of a job as this piece is....very soft colors and quality craftsmanship with this item...no returns from estate sale sold as is, purchased in Europe....many years old just sitting on a display shelf....you will love it...approx 5 inches tall.....thanks for looking
