This sale is for a vintage red transferware plate from Franciscan which was produced in Staffordshire, England. This pattern was made in the 1970\'s. The plate is marked \"Tonquin by Franciscan...made in Staffordshire, England...A Hand Engraved Pattern...Permanent Underglaze Colours...
