Vintage Frank Patania sterling silver and turquoise belt buckle. Great overall condition. Has some wear and tear throughout (faint scratches from use and age, small dings on corners: see photos). Could use some polishing up if desired. Weighs 41.3 dwt. Measures 3\" long and just over 1\" wide. Absolutely spectacular piece. Would make a great addition to any collection.
