A fine French viola Guarneri - 19th century A beautiful old viola made in the 19th century.- made in a very nice Guarnerius model.(France).A viola with a beautiful original dark-brown/reddisch varnish - patina on a golden ground, which gives it a stunning appearance.
This viola is made of good materials - a superbe two-piece back , nicely figured maple, flamed ribs and a good carved scroll.
This viola produces a well-balanced warm tone, with a strong projection, full of personality.This viola comes with a new set of strings and a new chinrest, tailpiece with 4 adjusters.
May need further adjustments according to your personal wishes.(brand of strings, bridge heigth,...).The viola comes with a reliable certificate (J. Rampal from Paris- included).
