Belstaff Trialmaster Professional Trousers
Probably date from ~1995, to the best of my recollection, before Cordura and Gore-tex became so commonplace.
Size 84cm, according to the label inside. The waist is elasticated and has a good choice of press-studs for tightening it up.
In good condition, with no rips or tears, and all the fasteners are in good order. About 6\" of stitching has come undone near the bottom of one of the legs, inside where it would fold over at the bottom (shown in last photo).
