Bright Yellow predominates in the hugely popular 1971 Poppy-decal pattern by Ben Seibel (often mis-spelled as Siebel) for MIKASA, Japan as these four DUPLEX-shape salad / dessert plates demonstrate. With hyper-clean lines and styling, Seibel nailed the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic for simplicity and ease-of-use. Three of the plates offered appear to be \"as new\" and unused, the fourth has a near-invisible ¼\" scratch on the white background (tough to photograph). None show any other sign of damage or defect. Measuring 7 ½\" in diameter and stamped as shown.
