This baby is brand new, only taken out of the box for minutes for pictures. Any bolster discoloration shown in pics is simply factory oil residue which has intentionally not been wiped off. Factory new. It\'s edge has never been touched by human hands unless it was at the Benchmade factory.

Unlimited Limited means they were limited not by a production # but by how many were ordered during a calendar period. Most Unlimited Limited models are announced at SHOT in January and production ceases by around November. This model was announced on May 30 2013 but did not start shipping until December 2nd 2013, then they stopped taking orders on July 25th 2014, back orders were honored. This is among the last few produced.
