He is in excellent condition, no snags, no holes inhis garments, no tears, no stains. His porcelain head and hands are in perfect condition.Franklin\'s trademark spectacles are perched on the top of his hear. One of the lenses has a hole; the other lens is fine He is wearing a russet woolen coat over a long black vest. his knee breeches match the russet of the coat. His white shirt is ruffled at the sleeves. His white cravat is neatly tied. White cotton stockings and black leather shoes with pewter buckles complete his attire. No COA, no box. There are times when we are tempted to keep items....this is one of those times! This absolutely beautiful piece would make a wonderful addition to any collection of American history.
