Returns:

If the item was pre-owned it must not have been worn or washed prior to returning. If the item was new without tags it must not have been worn or washed prior to returning. If the item was new with tags/stickers, the tags/stickers must still be attached.

Refused/Return to Sender Items:

If a buyer refuses delivery of a package, this will require you to open a return for?CHANGED MIND?in order to get refunded. If and when package arrives back to me is when refund will be given. Any items returned to sender because incorrect address was provided by the buyer and USPS states?UNDERLIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED?, this will require shipping to be charged again.
