Very rare box is great condition, there are almost no survivors from the box series. This one has a tax paid strip/stamp with John Q Adams face and marked as series 113 making it issued in 1943. These stamps started in 1930 (series 100 and add 1 series for each year) continued until 1955. It also has the Tobacco Workers International Union. Made in Kentucky Factory # 21
This unique find came off our family cattle ranch in Nevada which has been there since the 1800\'s. I found it hid in a box and couldn\'t believe the condition for such an old item. Great find for the Tobacco collector. Some content still inside!
