Beautiful Marquetry inlay antique desk-bar-chest. The inlay looks like the antique music boxes that Italy used to make. Looks to be from 1800\'s from the wood or in a 20 year range of that. It is a large piece ,SIZE IS; 47 inches tall(about 4 feet tall)-29 inches wide and 16 inches deep. The desk is in very good condition with a few issues. The first photo looks like where the key is and opens the desk it looks like there is a piece of wood missing. That is just a light shadow,no missing wood there. I have the key to open and close the desk/bar. I show a close up of the top small drawer with 2 fairly small veneer pieces missing and there is a few light laquer scratches on it that are hard to see and do not affect the overall look.There is a top and bottom smaller drawer and the middle opening is large. The top has the marquetry also, it was just hard to get good light . Trying to move a heavy piece for me was difficult.Fabulous attention getting desk i thought i would never sell but i am overloaded over the years of buying.PICK UP ONLY!
