Thispiece is new in box with no chips, no cracks, noscratches,no damage or gluing on of the tiny earsandNO display or base bottom wear. This Hippois signed \"Steuben\" in diamond point script on the base bottom and was made in the USA at the Corning NY Steuben Glassworks of Steuben formula glass.
