This is a Big Sky Carvers solid wood handcarved Hooded Merganser drake decoy. Handpainted and signed by J Battz and was told this is from the Early 1980\'sThis decoy was on a shelf and seen very little touching. It is not new but pretty darn close.

Made in Manhattan, Montana USA.
I believe it is signed by \"J Battz\" It is kind of hard to make it out so I could be wrong.
Some relief carving detail at wing tips. Glass eyes.
Head angled approx. 30 degrees.
Ducks dimensions are:
13.5\" length.
6 3/4\" tall.
5 1/4\" wide.
Decoy is in overall excellent condition
All original paint, no touchups.
-I think it has a light scratch on left side of beak, light mark on right side in the orange area, 1/8 inch in size very hard to notice!
-Very nice, will make a Great Addition to Your Collection!

When you make a $15.00 offer to me on a $50.00 item that says \"Free Shipping\" the costs are quite high...

+ PayPal fees both combined are 13.9% + 30¢ for a total of $2.39 in fees.
A $15.00 item minus Shipping costs and /PayPal fees costs $10.85 to sell on .
Before you even factor in the cost I paid for the item (plus shipping/packaging supplies, time invested and trips to the Post Office), that leaves me with a net of only $4.15!
Wow! Right? Most buyers think I get $15.00 right to my pocket... but that\'s just not the case!
This is kinda hard to swallow after taking my time packaging it with my shipping supplies and then driving to the Post Office immediately.
