This Bill mask covers half the face so you can eat and drink. The rubber is coming loose from the plastic back and the elastic has stretched a little, but still very wearable. Included is a fake cigar.

Attention: Costume rental items are not NEW items, most likely have been worn before! They may have minor flaws such as small pulls, need cleaned and pressed or have tiny spots that do not affect the wearability of the item.
