This particular version has \"RS 9399\" and \"RLP 399\" printed in bold black on the album cover\'s back side. As far as I know the proper identification of this is \"RM 399\" and I don\'t know the significance of the other two catalog numbers or why they are different than the record\'s label. Also as far as I know from seeing other examples of this online, it has the proper album cover.Condition:Compared to a really nice copy this is very rough, but it is still very playable. I\'m not very experienced in giving records a grade although I have a significant personal collection and am very aware of condition and how it affects sound. I would say this is either a VG- or a really nice G. This has a lot of scratches, but it isn\'t completely covered in scratches. I would say there are about 7-8 major scratches, though not really bad or deep. 2-3 of the scratches are deeper than the rest. Aside from scratching, this has little speckles of damage all over it - maybe 100 or more. I\'m not sure what would cause that kind of damage - I think these affect its sound qulity more than the scratches. The parts of the record that don\'t have scratches or \"speckles\" look pretty clean. It plays fine and it has never skipped on me.Overall my opinion of the sound quality is that it sounds really good, but has constant surface noise including pops/clicks. I don\'t think the surface damage degrades the sound of it, but adds a layer of constant noise to an otherwise good sound.I think I\'ve given this a conservative description of its condition. Since this is a rough copy I won\'t be accepting returns. As far as cleanliness/dirtiness this album is very clean.
