This is a customised, hand made hat where you choose the colours of feathers you would like.

As it is custom made this means i do not accept returns on this listing.

I sell ready made hats which can be returned in my other listings

This means it is NOT ready made, & I only start making it the day after payment is received.

This hat can take up to 4 days for the glue to set.

To order your hat simply follow these instructions:

Choose the colour satin you would like from the first drop down box. I will use this colour for the colour of satin and for your main colour of feather.
e.g.If you choose red satin, you will receive a hat with red loops and main colour will be red feathers.
Now choose a second colour of feather. I will use this colour for the next set of feather I use so please choose carefully.
e.g.If you want a hat which is all red for instance you would choose your satin as red and your extra colour as red.
If you want a hat which is red with black feathers you would choose your satin as red and your extra colour as black.

You will receive a hat in the same style as the one in the photo but with your chosen colours.
e.g.If the photograph and title show a red hat with black feathers but you choose navy satin with white feathers, you will receive a hat with navy satin loops and white feathers. There will be no red or black in it.

Measurements

Small Hat - approximately 16-19cm wide and6-8cm high NOT including feathers.

You can then simply buy this style hat and add a note into PayPal notes to change your colour choice.

Extra Colour Feathers

If you would like to add a third or fourth feather colour choice I charge £10 for 10 coque feathers and 5 hackle feathers. Simply email after purchase with your colour choice and I will invoice you for the extra costs.

Shipping

I currently use royal mail 48 hour tracked which will require a signature and is not a guaranteed service. Itcan take 3-5 days to deliver. ESTIMATE a date for delivery which does not take into account manufacture times, weekends, if you buy a hat after we close for the day, bank holidays etc.

If you wish to receive your hat faster, I can upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day delivery at an additional cost of £6.95 and can be chosen at the checkout. This does not speed up our manufacture times.

I use Royal Mail International Signed when shipping overseas.

The Small Print

You are offerding to buy the hat, not try it on to see if it suits and return it.

If an item does not arrive in time for your occasion, I am not responsible.

I cannot make your hat quicker and I cannot be held responsible for when you decide to order a hat in preparation for an occasion.

My listing is clear regarding the manufacture time.

If your item does not match your colour scheme, I cannot refund/exchange as I do offer samples and this is a tailor made item.

The settings on your device screen do affect colours so please this in mind when ordering. This is why I offer free samples.

If an item arrives faulty, I will replace as soon as I receive the original item back within 7 days of your receipt and with the tags still attached. The item must be returned by recorded delivery. I can only exchange for an item of the same style and colour, price range. If I am at fault in any way, I will always shipping costs to return to me.
