This is a Blenko standard, the 384 Double Spouted Water Bottle that was made in 2004. The color is Topaz. It could also be used as a carafe or vase. Blenko has been producing this type of bottle since 1938.

The bottle stands 8-1/8\" (20.6 cm) tall and is 6-1/2\" (16.5 cm) wide. This bottle is crystal clear with no signs of water staining and in excellent condition without chips, flea bites, or scratches. It does have some bubbles in the glass. The two largest are shown. They are not a defect, but some folks are put off if such things are not mentioned. It is marked with the 2004 Blenko mark and logo on the base.
