This is a rather hard to find Blenko 418P amethyst pinched or indented pitcher. This was designed to match with the 418 tumblers but was not introduced into the line until 1953. These were only produced through 1955. The pitcher stands 10-5/8\" (27 cm) tall and is 4-1/2\" (11.4 cm) in diameter at the mouth. It measures 6-3/4\" (17.1 cm) across the handle. We would estimate that it would have a capacity in the area of 64 ounces (1.9 L). The piece is in excellent condition without chips, flea bites, scratches, or staining. This appears to have always been hand washed if it was used.
