BlessedVirgin Mary Planter Rubens Original vintage ceramic Madonna &Jesus Iam selling a vintage ceramicplanter showing the Blessed Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus. Thecolor is off-white or a light ivory.

Thebottom has asticker, “RubensOriginal Japan”. Thebottom is also stamped “222” with a logo similar to a peace sign.

CONDITION:Usedcondition with cosmetic problems. Nooutrightchips,butthe top of the Virgin’s head has a small rough spot about 1/8”long. The planter section has been used and has brown residue spotsfrom mineral deposits. I have cleaned it thoroughly, but the browndeposits did not come off. Please see the pictures for details. Theinside bottom also has fine crazing, probably from plant water. Crazingoccurswhenspiderweb lines appear in pottery. Inspite of the cosmetic issues, when seen from the front the planterlooks very nice.
