This an exceptionallylovely antique reproduction Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 1905. She is hand madeby highly respected doll artist, Beth Golding of Chunky Cherubs. The JumeauPremiere 9 model was the first Bleuette introduced in 1905. This Bleuette isthe Seeley mold and has an 11” jointed, all wood Dollspart (Seeley) body. Herdark auburn English mohair wig is parted in the middle. It is long with massesof curls down her back and has a bow on each side of the part. She hasbeautiful large green threaded paperweight glass eyes, brown stroked eyebrowsand hand painted eyelashes. These are shaded to complement her auburn hair. Shehas a peach complexion, an open mouth with rose edged lips, 4 hand carvedporcelain teeth and a dimple in her chin. She has pierced ears with tinygenuine pink jade bead earrings. She was poured in Seeley’s lady whiteporcelain slip. She is wearing a white lace trimmed petticoat. She isperfect—has never been displayed. A treasure of a doll.
