Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 Jn Ppw 11 Inch Reproduction Doll Beth Golding:
Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 1905 11” Wood Auburn Mohair Green PPW Eyes – MINT –Artist: B. Golding
This an exceptionally lovely antique reproduction Bleuette Jumeau Premiere 9 1905. She is hand made by highly respected doll artist, Beth Golding of Chunky Cherubs. The Jumeau Premiere 9 model was the first Bleuette introduced in 1905. This Bleuette is the Seeley mold and has an 11” jointed, all wood Dollspart (Seeley) body. Her dark auburn English mohair wig is parted in the middle. It is long with masses of curls down her back and has a bow on each side of the part. She has beautiful large green threaded paperweight glass eyes, brown stroked eyebrows and hand painted eyelashes. These are shaded to complement her auburn hair. She has a peach complexion, an open mouth with rose edged lips, 4 hand carved porcelain teeth and a dimple in her chin. She has pierced ears with tiny genuine pink jade bead earrings. She was poured in Seeley’s lady white porcelain slip. She is wearing a white lace trimmed petticoat. She is perfect—has never been displayed. A treasure of a doll.
