Excellent condition vintage (1939) French opalescent hobnail cologne/ barber bottle with glass stopper (no cork). In excellent condition, no chips, scrapes or rough spots. This bottle is scarce because it retains its original label which reads \"Hobnail Cologne by Wrisley; fragrance is \"Honeysuckle\" and the label states \"Bottle handmade by American Craftsmen.\" According to Warman\'s Fenton book it could have been made by Fenton or Anchor Hocking. Hocking used glass stoppers and also supplied them to Fenton. This bottle has its original glass stopper, but it has lost its cork covering. We have chosen not to lift the label to look for a mark. This is a great find for hobnail bottle collectors. The bottle with stopper is 6\" inches tall, 5 inches without topper. The outside width of the top is 1 3/8 inches. At its widest point the bottle measures 4 inches, and the base measures 2 inches across. This bottle is actually quite beautiful. In certain light the color takes on a blue-green appearance,
