For your consideration is a stoneware part of a poultry fount.This poultry fount is of the Blue Ribbon Brand line that was made by Buckeye Pottery Co. of Macomb, Illinois. This company existed from 1882 to 1941. The logo on this fount leads me to believe it was manufactured after 1920. This fount originally had a wire device attached to it; a regular glass jar fit into the wire device; the jar held whatever the poultry was drinking. The last picture is of a like fount with the wire device, so prospective customer can see what is missing. The poultry then consumed the liquid out of the stoneware part. On this poultry fount, the top has an outside diameter of almost 5 3/8\" and is slightly more than 1 1/8\" tall. The logo and the writingaredistinct. On the outside edge are severalchips.
