The top 2 corners of album cover wore through shrink wrap see photos... those two corners are the only thing not MINT about album. Record is sealed along all sides, plastic packaging is over 30 yrs old so it probably broke down at stress point due to age. I took close up photos so you can see :)

I saw one sell last week for $188.00 so I priced mine at $99.00 due to signs of wear on top corners.
