All our items undergo vigorous quality control checksbefore dispatch but inthe very rareevent that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact usimmediately to make arrangements to have the item returned to us. We will issueyou with a replacement and if this is not possible or you no longer require theitem, we will issue you with a full refund including your return postage costsfor sending the item back to us. However, if no fault or damage is found by usupon receipt of the item we will not issue a refund for your return postagecosts. Items are thoroughly checked upon return to also establish that itmatches the item that we have sent out. For example, the same watch model, thesame quality condition, serial numbers etc. Warranty& Repairs
Forthe majority of brands sold by Mr and Mrs Watch we are official UK stockists,so the watch will come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This means if thewatch develops a fault in the warranty period you will have to send the watchback to us and we will forward the watch onto the manufacturer for repair orreplacement under warranty.
Forthe few brands which we are not official UK stockists we offer an in house Mrand Mrs Watch 12 month Warranty. This means that if the watch develops a faultin the warranty period you will have to send the watch back to us for repair orreplacement under our warranty. In either case, if the watch develops anissue within 90 days we will cover the postage, otherwise if it’s longer thanthis the customer has to cover the postage fees.
