For your considerationwe are offeringthis mixed lot of \"Farmhouse Yellow\" potteryby Brock of California.
This lot consists of 6 pieces.
1) 11 inch PlateIt\'s in very good condition with very minimal utensil marksand a tiny chip on the edge at about the \"12:00\" position.
2 & 3) Handled Pan & LidThis pan/casseroledish measures 8 1/2 inches across and is about 2 inches deep.The end of the green handle has a hole through it. (For a string or ribbon to hang it with)It is in good condition with no real signs of use except for one small chip on the edge at about the \"3:00\" position.It\'s less then an 1/8 of an inch in size and unless you\'re really looking for it you wouldn\'t notice it.The lid however is another story. I\'m only including it because it goes with this pan.It does have a good sized chip just under 3/8x 1/4 of an inch.
4) 9 3/4 inch PlateGreat condition!Very light utensil marks.No chips, cracks or crazing.
5) 9 inch BowlLight utensil marks.On the inside of the bowl, in a couple of places, \"2:00\" and \"4:00\" just where itstarts to round up there is aline about 1/2 of an inch long, where the glaze is very thin.The one at the \"4:00\"position has about an 1/8 of an inch long dark line within the original half inch.These are both manufacturing defects and with these being from the1940\'s or 50\'s they\'re doing pretty darn good!
6) I\'m not really sure what this last piece is. Maybe a napkin holder???If you know, feel free to shoot me a message. I appreciate the knowledge!It stands about 2 1/2 inches tall and is about 3 inches at it\'s widest.The top and bottom have a big hole but the bottom one is a little larger than the top one.It has a little picture of the farm scene. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.The glaze does not cover clear to the bottom of the piece.The glaze ends unevenly about 1/8 or an inch to 1/4 of an inch around it.Again, it was made this way.
These old pieces are getting harder and harder to findand since crazingand other small blemishes jeopardize food safety we try to repurpose by selling them as decorations.All of these pieces would look great on the wall of amid-century or country themedkitchen.Perfect yellow accents to brighten every day!A couple of plate holders and some ribbon from yourlocal craft store or better yet,, and thesewould be ready to hang in take a good look at the pictures as they are a vital part of the description.If you have any **questions or would like more pictures pleasefeel free to message us before the sale ends.(**Please ask questions as early as possible as we are not always online)
