This is a three-page mimeographed piece with illustrations. No date on this but it came from a collection stretching from the 1940s to the early sixties. This is just the instructions and envelope. This does not come with any cards. It is in nice shape with typical vintage corner wear on the envelope. Not mint but gently treated and a tough find!!! This is a great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR!
