BruceLee(traditional:李小龍; bornLee Jun-fan; 27November 1940 – 20 July 1973) Was a martial artist, actor, martial artsinstructor, philosopher, and filmmaker. The founder of Jeet Kune Do, Lee wasthe son of Cantonese opera star Lee Hoi-Chuen. He is widely considered bycommentators, critics, media and other martial artists to be one of the mostinfluential martial artists of all time,and a pop culture icon of the20th century.He is often credited with helping tochange the way Asians were presented in American films.

The Green Hornet is atelevision show on the ABC US television network. It aired for the 1966–1967 TVseason, and starred Van as the Green Hornet/Britt Reid and Bruce Lee as Kato.

The Green Hornet followed theadventures of playboy and media mogul Britt Reid, owner and publisher of theDaily Sentinel. As the masked vigilante Green Hornet, Britt fought crime withthe assistance of his martial-artist Kato and his weapons-enhanced car theBlack Beauty with license plate V-194. On police records, Green Hornet is awanted criminal when in reality Green Hornet pretends to be a criminal in orderto infiltrate and battle the criminal gangs, leaving them and the incriminatingevidence for the police\'s arrival. Britt\'s dual identity is known only to hissecretary Lenore \"Casey\" Case and District Attorney Frank P. Scanlon.

The single-seasonseries premiered September 9, 1966, and ran through July 14, 1967, lasting26 episodes.
