Old Japanese Hakata pottery statue of Daruma/ Bodhidharma founder and first patriarch of Zen Buddhism in Zazen sitting position fully awake. in Very good condition. no breaks or repairs on the item. Hand painted and handmade, with signature of master maker on the bottom side and a seal on the base. You can hang your Buddhist beads on the arm after sutra chanting and meditation as seen on photo. please note the lotus beads isnot included on this sale but only shown as an example.
