A set of dogtags used in the production of the Fran Rubel Kuzui and Joss Whedon film Buffy the Vampire Slayer. When shallow cheerleader Buffy Summers (Kristy Swanson) is approached by the mysterious Merrick (Donald Sutherland), her life changes forever, trading in her pom-poms for stakes and crosses in her battle with the vampire Lothos (Rutger Hauer).

These dog tags were worn by the high school outcast Pike (Luke Perry) as he joined forces with the cheerleader-turned-slayer in her battle with the evil Lothos. The steel dogtags are standard US military in style with a ball link chain and are stamped with the name and address details for Greer Yeaton, the sister of property master Brook Yeaton.

Displaying some light corrosion and wear from use and time spent in storage, the dog tags remain in very good production-used condition and are presented in a custom framed display featuring the film’s title artwork, stills from the film and an opening front panel allowing direct access to the piece.
