beautiful original c.1920s art deco foil glass bead necklace and bracelet set. They are in rolled gold squared wire with \'8\' shaped links and long links on the necklace with fancier twisted links on the bracelet, all between oval glass beads. The beads are all approx. 12-13mm long- eight forming the necklace and four in the bracelet. They are in gorgeous dusky pink-mauve with silver foil bands around the middle- really pretty! The beads are in nice condition- about 4 slight surface clips/bruises which is typical for this type of the bead as the foil makes them susceptible, and a few minor variations and imperfections (surface creases and dents, bubbles, imperfect shapes etc.) which are normal in handmade glass beads. In very good vintage condition, finished with a good hook clasp in matching rolled gold wire on each. The necklace measures 48cm long and the bracelet is 21cm.
