Gorgeous luxury ashtrays by Cartier in the La Maison design!!!!! Rare and highly collectible, this set of two includes the two signature Cartier patterns shown, one w house that has some slight vintage marks in the gold of the house roof, otherwise clean and one w Cartier dogs and looking as if used only for display. Made by Limoges France for Cartier, these hand painted porcelain trays have gold trim w the Cartier crescent emblems of interlocking c\'s and can nest within one another. Gold trim is clean on both but in pictures show some glare. The bases are marked w the Cartier seal and date of manufacture (1986). Measurements are approximate 3 7/8\" by 2 3/8\".
