CARTIER STERLING SILVER SPOON Dated 1919 EMIL FUCHS SCULPTOR

Rare & original Cartier sterling silver spoon designed by the artist & sculptor Emil Fuchs to commemorate H. J. Heinz (1844-1919). Fuchs\' sculptural finial depicts a young mother breast feeding her baby. Highly unusual design with Heinz\'s portrait in the spoon bowl. Reverse engraved PAULINESELMAN JULY 6 1928.

Measures 171mm long.

Marks: EMILFUCHS; CARTIER; STERLING.

Weight 2.29 troy oz (71.3g).

Overall very good condition.
