I recently purchased a collection of these banks and I do not know the age on the cast iron banks and items, but believe it to be a replica with flat screws in all but one of them.

Put a coin in his palm, press down lever & his arm moves up to deposit coin in his mouth while his eyes & tongue roll back.

Hemeasures apx. 6 1/2\"tall, 4 1/2\" across front and5\" from front to back.it weighs. The bottom reads J.E. STEVENS PAT 4551896 (1896 allegedly the year).The bank has all flat screwson it. He is as seen in photos andhas a bit of paint chipping or rust on itas seen in the photos.
