This 1930\'s Chein Sand Mill toy is in \"good\" condition and the wheel spins with ease.There is rust on the inside where the sand runs through the gate as well as on the top of the base to both sides of the wheel.There is also some minor rust spots on one of the fins of the wheel and along the edges of the base.The main distractions is a bend in the tin on the left side of the mill (when looking at it from a rear view).This bent send two creases on on each side of the tower with the left side (when viewed from the fron) being less than the right.I have tried to capture these distractions in the photos.Please examine the pictures closely for a better understanding of the quality of this toy.Enjoy!
