A WONDERFUL AND RARE ANTIQUE CHERUB ANGEL RIDING ON A BEAUTIFUL PINK DOLPHIN IN THE SEA PROBABLY SITZENDORF OLD DRESDEN GERMANY DATING TO C1870.

This is a wonderful early antique cherub angel riding a pink dolphin over the sea. The work is superb! I believe this is Sitzendorf, Old Dresden, from Germany and it is marked Depose with a cross mark. The condition of the piece is wonderful. There is no damage that I can see.The cherub comes from a superb collection of early cherubs angels and animal porcelains which we will be listing. This is one of the finest collections! The figurine is 6 1/2 inches (16 cm) tall and 6 3/4 inches (17 cm long). It has a cross mark on the base with Depose inscribed. Treat yourself or a loved one to a true treasure they will love forever!
