A Chinese porcelain. Ming dynasty jar, dating to theWanli period(1573-1619). Painted in blue and white with a scrolling floral design, with leaf mark on the base. Measuring 6.25\" high. In good condition for a piece of this age. There is a short, old hairline, of about a quarter of an inch, at the top rim, a small, old starcrack to the side and an interior crack of about 1\". (see photos). All of these are only to the surface and none go through the pot.
