14 DAY RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return without penalty or re-stocking fee on all of items we sell in our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund (less shipping charges) within the 14 days following the receipt of your package. We must receive your purchase in its original state and packaging. After the 14th day, the sale is considered finalized.

WARRANTY

We offer a 1 year in-house warranty on all the watches sold in our store. This warranty covers the movement not running accurately or functioning properly. It does not cover external damages, water damages or damages resulting by other watchmakers.

All warranties will be VOIDED if any service is given to the watch purchased by any other watchmaker or jeweler other than our store technicians.

SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Thursday. Friday shipping are only for Saturday delivery.

Requests for Saturday delivery will incur an additional charge of $15.

An adult signature will be required to receive the package. FedEx will not leave the package at your door nor will your neighbor be able to sign for your package.

Most items will ship within48 hours of payment having cleared.
