CONFEDERATE GEORGIA DOCUMENT
AUGUST, 1864
A fine early vintageand genuine antique document from the Confederacy., signed at Griffin, Ga August 23, 1864...Nice condition., written on what some call "necessity paper" and others call it "secessh" paper. Paper that was not bleached white. Not brittle in any way, just a brownish color is all.
Broken down equipment that either pulled artillery or wagons.Horse tack that needs to be replaced. Items include the traces. Autographed by Capt. J. H. Hays [ He became a Lt. Colonel, and served with the 32nd Arkansas Vols.].
Note: we will send along our military research listing these two CSA officers. Makes for a nice lot. No defects, no odors.
