The Republican party hoped that in 1940 Wendell Willkie was on his way to Washington, D.C. on this 7/8” celluloid from the 1940 campaign. Here is a great design on a true classic pin – the charging elephant is carrying a sign that says “Willkie” in his trunk. Excellent condition.
