Charm is brand new, but please note that glass charm has dark blue color glass line through the light blue and white section of the glass (bottom section, see the picture). This is not crack or damage, just how glass is (these are hand-made items, so it is common).

Turkish \"Evil Eye\"macramé wall charm. Evil eye charms are widely used all around the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa at Jewish, Muslim and Christian homes. It is believed that it brings good luck to the owner(s) and protect them from evil.
Total length of it is around 6\" and it has 2 glass eyes (1 1/2\" and 2\" across). Macramé is also decorated with small plastic eye beads. Glass are hand-blown glass, so they all have minor imperfections.
