The 8.5\" x 11\" booklet is printed on 60# paper. A vinyl sheet has been added to protect the front cover. The first part of the booklet contains a brief history ofeach county: Description,History of Dorsey County (original name of Cleveland County), Natural Resources, Location, Soil and Products, Waterways, Geology, Timber; County Organizations, County officials;Early settlers, Early businesses,Schools,Churches, Secret Societies, and Newspapers; the Civil War period --including the ambush at Mark\'s Mill in Cleveland County and a battle at the ferry in Princeton in Dallas County;Cleveland County Towns -- Toledo, Rison, Kingsland andDallas County Towns -- Tulip, Princeton and Fordyce; and other items of interest.
