Up for sale is this very nice classic style bag from the 90’s from Coach. It was named the “Dakota”. As per my measurements, the depth is 3:0”
8.0” Height
The base of the bag measures 9.0” and it wide and at the top to measure 10.0”.
The strap is adjustable from 20.0” being the shortest and 22.0” the longest.
The hardware is goldtone, the buckle is tarnished a bit and the rings that hold the strap are scratched, but everything else works, the zipper is good, the snaps on both sides of the bag work well and close well.
The interior of the bag has a couple of ink spots. The full length zipper pocket is a good size. All the stitching is tight, no lose threads. There are no holes, rips, or tears, no odors. On the bottom
Of the gag where I measured the depth, there are a couple of small nicks or scratches. Other than what I mentioned I do not see any major flaws. The pockets that snap on each side of the bag are a nice size and measure approx. 6.0” deep, a nice place to put your phone and keys where it’ll be in a secure place and not fall out!
The Coach hang tag is attached.
It is difficult for me to explain the texture, it is not really pebble, but it sort of has a fine grainy feel, like fine Italian Leather! It is similar to Saffiano Leather, I guess! For lack of words, I am trying to describe it to the best of my knowledge!
I used Coach leather cleaner to clean off any marks or smudges that were on it. I will try to include a Coach dust bag with it, if I have any extras, but this is not a promise or a commitment.
